How we can help:
Building Independence
Occupational Therapists work alongside clients to develop the practical skills needed for everyday life. Therapy may focus on personal care, cooking, shopping, money handling, transport training, organisation, routines or other daily activities that improve independence and confidence.
Sensory Processing and Emotional Regulation
Many individuals experience sensory differences that impact their participation in daily activities. Our therapists help identify sensory preferences and develop practical strategies to support regulation, emotional wellbeing and successful participation at home, school and in the community.
Community Participation
Meaningful participation extends beyond the therapy room. Our Occupational Therapists support clients to develop the confidence and skills needed to engage in their local community through activities such as shopping, public transport, recreation, volunteering and employment preparation.
